Registration, category, number of seats, wheelchair accessibility: what the dispatcher needs. Then the rest, which is for you: expiry of the vehicle inspection, insurance and operating permit, date and mileage at acquisition, consumption and emissions, monthly rent and end of lease if the vehicle is rented. A vehicle that is no longer compliant should never go out on a trip: you still need to know that before it leaves.

Services, replacements, repairs: you note what was done, by which garage, at what mileage and at what cost. Absences are requested and approved
The driver makes their request from their phone. It reaches you pending, you approve or decline it, and they are told. Once approved, the absence goes into the schedule: the driver is no longer offered to you for assignment, and you can spot in advance the days when you will be short-staffed.
Your subcontractors join the same records
A subcontractor’s drivers and vehicles are attached to their record, with the same fields and the same dates. So you know just as well what is running for you without belonging to you. The documents you must be able to produce in an inspection are uploaded in the same place, and you see at a glance what is missing and from whom. Your responsibility as the ordering party does not stop at your own vehicles, and neither does your monitoring.

Who receives the deadline alerts?
The users who have access to management. The alert appears in the software before the date, and the deadline stays visible in the maintenance calendar until it has been dealt with.
Can the driver see their own record?
They have access to their own space: their trips, their status updates, their duty time and their absence requests. The internal parts, discipline and offences, stay on your side.
What about vehicles that do not belong to me?
A vehicle is attached either to your company or to a subcontractor. Either way it carries its dates and its history, and you filter your lists on what is internal or external.
Can I bring in my existing files?
Fuel fill-ups can be imported from an Excel file. For your drivers and vehicles, send us what you have before you start, and we will look together at what can be brought across.
Does it track statutory driving times?
Logipax calculates the daily span from status updates and alerts you when a driver is nearing it. It is an operating aid, not a statutory record: it does not replace your recording device or your obligations as an employer.
