No fixed term on monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions have no fixed term. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and run until their expiry date. You can retrieve your data in either case.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my included trips?
Nothing is blocked. Additional trips are billed at the end of the month at your plan’s rate, from £0.03 to £0.39 per trip. If you regularly exceed the allowance, compare the next plan up.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated adjustment. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a limit on the number of users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Create as many accounts as you need for your team and drivers.
Do my subcontractors need their own subscription?
No. The price depends on the trips you manage, rather than the number of people using the software. Partners receive your trips and their drivers update trip status in the app without taking out their own subscription.
How much does the assistant cost?
From £15 to £129 excluding tax per month, depending on your plan. You can enable or disable it at any time, with the first 30 days free. The assistant answering your questions is included in every plan. The two free months on annual billing apply only to the subscription, not the AI option.
What about SMS?
Messages sent to passengers and drivers cost £0.08 each, excluding tax. Buy packs of 500 to 10,000 SMS whenever you need them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends. During that period you can retrieve it in full or reactivate your account.
When do I need a custom quote?
If you manage multiple companies or brands, operate more than 12,000 trips per month or represent a public authority, we build a proposal with you.
