Is this a separate app under my company’s name?
It is one Logipax app shared by transport companies. After scanning your QR code or entering your company code, passengers see your name, logo and colours in the app.
Can I keep control of booking approval?
Yes. You can approve requests manually. Without manual approval, confirmation depends on a vehicle actually being bookable. If capacity or duration is unknown, the request stays pending.
Are online payments enabled automatically?
No. Choose your payment mode and configure the company’s Stripe account. Online payments require a recent availability check. Payment on board is also an option.
How do I invite passengers?
Share your QR code or company code. You can also include access details in group PDF tickets and booking and journey emails. The download link retains your company code.
