Logipax is connected to an approved electronic invoicing platform: your invoices leave and arrive directly from Logipax. You have no other subscription to take out, and nothing special to do.

Numbering is continuous, with no gaps and no duplicates. That is a requirement, and Logipax keeps to it without you having to think about it. An invoice that has been issued cannot be deleted: you issue a credit note, as the rules require. Every document is kept for ten years, with proof that it has not been altered in the meantime.

Can I have several tax rates on one invoice?
You can distinguish rates in the document. Confirm the rates, exemptions and required fiscal documents for your service and jurisdiction; configuration is not tax approval.
Can my invoices be in English?
Yes. Documents are generated in your customer’s language: French, English, Spanish or Portuguese.
Can I adapt how my invoices look?
Yes. Nine templates to choose from, your own wording, your logo, your footer. And the detail of each line can be set: some customers want the passenger’s name, others only the date and the route.
