Transport licence, compliance certificates, insurance, tax compliance: depending on the rules where you operate, the ordering party may have to check these documents when the contract is signed and again at regular intervals. It is not a formality: if a partner fails to comply, you may have to answer for it. You upload the documents to their record, with their validity dates, and you see at a glance what is up to date, what is approaching and what is missing.

The summary separates payments collected on your behalf from the partner’s own service charge. Tax treatment depends on the agency arrangement, contract and rules applying to your operation. Have your accountant confirm that treatment before applying it.

Your regular partners, you mark as favourites. A published trip can be reserved for them for the time you set, from one hour to twenty-four hours, before opening to everyone if nobody has taken it. Those who respond talk to you in a thread attached to the trip, and at the end each side rates the other and leaves a comment, with both reviews revealed at the same time. That is how an address book gets built without going through the phone: you end up knowing who replies quickly, who keeps their commitments, and who you would rather not work with again.
What your subcontractor does not have to do
A partner who drives for you is not your customer: they are your supplier. So they have nothing to subscribe to in order to work with you.
No software to install
Their drivers receive their trips and record their stages from the app, on iPhone or Android, or from a browser. Nothing to buy, nothing to set up.
No double entry
They do not copy your trips into their own tool and do not call you back to find out how the schedule is going. What happens on the road comes through to you by itself.
No access to what does not concern them
They see their trips, their drivers and their summary. Your customers, your selling prices and your other partners stay with you.
No training to follow
A driver opens the app and sees their trip. It is the same app as your own drivers use, and there is nothing to learn to make it work.

Does my subcontractor have to pay a subscription?
No. No plan charges for users, and your partners are no exception. They receive their trips, their drivers record their stages and the summary reaches them, without their having to subscribe to anything.
Do their drivers really get the full app?
They get what is needed to carry out the trip: the assignment, navigation, status updates, payments and their billing summary. The app adapts to the driver’s status; it does not open up your internal data.
Can they see the price I sold the trip at?
No. They see the price you offered them. Your selling price and the identity of your ordering customer are not shown to them.
How is money collected on board by their driver handled?

What if my subcontractor already uses Logipax?
The trip then passes from one system to the other through the Community: they find it on their schedule, their driver’s events come through to you, and each of you keeps your own customers. You can mark them as a favourite so that they are offered it before anyone else.
How do I find new, reliable partners?
Every Community member publishes a profile: their activity, the vehicles they make available, their area, their services and their languages. Added to that are their rating, trips completed, acceptance rate and average response time. After a trip, each side rates the other and leaves a comment, with both reviews revealed at the same time.
