Can the assistant make mistakes?
Yes, like any automatic reading of a handwritten or free-form text. That is why it always shows you what it understood before saving anything. You correct it in one click in the summary.
Does it work without a network connection?
No. The assistant needs a connection. Most of the rest of the mobile app works offline: the driver can view their trips and record their status updates, and everything syncs as soon as the network returns.
Does it remember our earlier conversations?
No. Each conversation starts from scratch. It does, however, know your data: your customers, drivers, vehicles and prices.
Can my drivers use it?
They can use the assistant that answers questions, in their app. It cannot create or change trips from their phone.
Is my data used to train artificial intelligence?
No, never. Your data is used only to answer your request. The details of our commitments are on the Security and data page.
